Pros: My studio here was pretty roomy and had a nice touch with a fridge 🌟.

Had nice stay for one night, the staff were amicable, location was perfect very near to the train station. The room exceeded all expectations, good sized and delightful with a fridge. Was a nice comfy base for weekend👌❤

Appart'city was just what we wanted, great location, good, newly furnished, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in Appart'city for one week while we searched for an appartment in Nantes. It was ideal using a kitchenette which was fully equipped and saved us lots of money not eating out all the time. The sofa bed was fine to sleep on and easy to fold away.

The key is a bit fiddly but no problem, also the reception sometimes smelt of bins because of the location of the bin room but wouldn't stop me using Appart'city again.

The room was a good size and delightful, equipped with a fridge and kettle.

The appartement was clean, and quiet. It was well equipped. Located near to the city center.

The washing machine took the token without starting, but next morning we got a new token, and we were helped to start the machine. The car park of the building was full, but there is a car park near to the appartement.

Location excellent. Within 10 mins walk to station & castle. Excellent grocery store & bread shop 2 mins walk. Place kept very clean as all times. Everything in room worked.

Hidden internet charge of 2 Euros a day not made very clear till I arrived. Internet connection was weak and failed completely 2 nights. This may be a problem with the strength of signal or the location of my room, but I know my laptop is excellent at picking up and holding onto weak signals. Limited front desk opening hours. Room small, with bed open hardly room to walk around it.

Convenient fridge in the rooms and the location is super close to the town center. 🥳

Near to the tram top, fairly central to city and able to walk to.

rooms quite small for two people, no information about public transport times, no-one in reception when leaving early to catch flight, and no , information where to leave keys, which I wasnt happy with. Also had to wait from 10.30am until 3pm to check in, after a flight and journey to the hotel, would have liked to be able to shower and change etc.

It was extremely difficult to find the address "2 Rue Emile Masson" and it took me more than one hour to find the hotel when it is mentioned that it is close to the train station. They should have mentioned that it is around the corner of Rue Foure.

We loved our stay in the studio here. The bed was super comfy, and it was handy to have a fridge and hotplates. The location was awesome, just a short walk from a cool history museum 🏛️.

Comfortable rooms with handy amenities like a kettle, microwave, and fridge – perfect for a homely vibe 🏠. Conveniently located near the congress center for easy access.

The hotel is simple, but very clean. We only stayed one night, but for someone wanting to spend a few nights, the facilities in the room are very good, like microwave oven, 2electric rings, small dishwaher with plenty of cutlery and crokery, in other words the possibility to have your breakfast and cook.

When we booked the hotel, we did not notice that we could not check-in between 12.30 and 3pm. We arrived at the hotel and the door was locked , which was inconveniencing. So the check-in hours should be made more obvious on the internet.

First the opening hours are much more important than they used to be (somebody there until 11 pm, and on Sunday morning until 12) Then it was very near the place we wanted to go (Cité des Congrès, Science Fiction Festival). And when there was a problem (small things like broken corkscrew, missing lid) it was solved immediately.

Everything was ok this year.
